Brentwood School's karters are in a league of their own racing to glory in the British Schools' Karting Championship (BSKC) for a record-breaking fourth time in succession.

Adam Harding, Adam Richards and Iaroslav Kovalev beat 24 opposing crews to become the most successful team in the history of the BSKC competition and take the honours at the National Final.

Adam Harding, 14, was also the highest placed MSUK licence holder securing a place in the Ginetta Junior Scholarship shootout. As well as the Champions' trophy, the karters will also enjoy gate and hospitality tickets to a British Touring Car race event of their choice.

Proud mum and team manager Jo-Anne Harding said: "The way in which they represented the School, by conducting themselves both on and off track in a very professional way on one of most intense days I have experienced, would have made the school very proud I'm sure."
