Gyms are great places to work out if you already love exercising.
But if you’re like me and avoid them like the plague, then maybe you should give Clubbercise a go.
Fitness instructor Cezara Necorici will be launching classes in Doddinghurst for the very first time at Doddinghurst Village Hall, Church Lane, on Thursday, September 27, at 6.15pm.
Encircled by disco lights, you will be taught dance routines so you can work out to club anthems from the 90s as well as the latest chart hits.
Cezara said: “Banging tunes, glow sticks and funky moves!
“All the routines are super easy to follow and designed for people of all capabilities, so whether you’re a total beginner or a keep-fit queen, you will definitely get something out of it.
“The work out level you take it to is entirely up to you, give as much or as little as you want, that’s the beauty of it!”
