From circus workshops to performances from Brentwood musicians: Here’s what’s happening at the Essex Country Show 2019

The Essex Country Show is back and there’s plenty in store to keep families entertained the entire weekend.
From western barrel racing and polo matches, to a Birds of Prey display and the Inspire Motorbike team, there will be lots going on from Saturday, September 28 to Sunday, September 29 at Weald Country Park, Brentwood.
A spokeswoman from the show said: "Something for everybody with circus aerial displays three times a day to the Greatest Showman as well as magic and comedy shows throughout the day with circus workshops or why not come along and watch some fun and fantastic wrestling, a laugh for the whole family.
"We will also have circus workshops and fabulous Comedy shows.
"There are also eight bands playing daily with some exceptional music this year from local Choirs to some fabulous acoustics and bands."
Once again, there will be The Essex Festivals of Dogs with competitions including dog agility, Dog's Have Talent and fly-ball.
With the Essex Festivals of Kids, children can meet Classisauras, a T-Rex who will be at the show with his friends the Transformers, as well as Iron Man who they can have their picture with.
Rural Crafters will be there to demonstrate and make what they sell at the show and visitors can even try their hand at a big of archery.
The Essex Country Show will run over the two days from 10am-5pm.
