Plenty of fun has been had at the beloved animal charity as Sophie Kemp explains.
It's been a while since we last spoke to Enjoy Brentwood More, and the last few weeks have been very busy down at the sanctuary!
On Saturday, August 3, we had our Kids Mega Fun Day, which was a great event.
It was amazing to see so many faces down at the sanctuary, all helping to raise money for our amazing rescue residents.
We had trampolines, soft play, inflatables, a foam pit, princess meet and greet, performances from Razzamataz Theatre School and so much more!
Our next open day is on Sunday, August 25, and we're looking forward to seeing as many people down as possible again.
We've had a number of new animals join us over the last few weeks including a number of young rabbits that were found dumped in a cardboard box on the A127.
They're now safe and sound with us at the sanctuary, but this could easily not have been the case.
Sadly a lot of animals are dumped this time of year with people going away for the holidays.
We also welcomed two new alpacas, Tobias and Isobard.
They came to us from another sanctuary that sadly closed down. They've both settled in well with our other 10 alpacas!
We've got lots of exciting things going on throughout the summer holidays, with our last few themed weeks being: Gnome Week, Dinosaur Week and Princess & Pony Week.
We're open every day throughout the holidays from 11 - 4.
