This is just one of many photographs taken by members of a “friendly” camera club that has been running for more than 60 years who are excited to share some of their latest images with the community this month.
The Ingatestone Camera Club, which meets every Friday from September until the third Friday in May, at the Parish Rooms, Stock Lane, Ingatestone, has been busy capturing moments in and around the borough.
From practical camera and computer nights, to competitions, invited talks and speakers, there’s plenty to get involved with for both novices and experienced photographers.
Programme secretary Simon Farr said: “We are a very friendly club with no camera snobbery and cater for all ages over the age of sixteen.
“This season 2018/19 starts soon on September 7 with a meet and greet for new members and fellow photographers, including introducing ourselves and showing our favourite images.”
